This certificate confirms that all processes, systems, personnel, and technologies at NovaIT, as well as the processes related to the development, deployment, technical support, and maintenance of the NovaTalks platform, comply with international information security standards.
Thanks to this, NovaTalks officially meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – the global standard for information security management. This means that all data processed through our platform, from business information to customers’ personal data, is securely protected.
